    A simple workout

    One of the basic workout paterns I use is as follows:

    All sets to 90% of fail

    squat
    push
    pull
    squat
    push
    pull
    squat

    For each push, do a pushup varient. For each pull, a pullup varient, and each squat a squat varient. Adjust the varients difficulty in accordance to your bodys natural limits.

    To mix it up a bit, you could split each set into mini sets, and do say 45% to fail of standard pushups, then the rest as hindu pushups. Or do 20 wide, 20 narrow, 20 standard squats in place of 60 standard.

    Each set should only take a minute or two, allow for about one minutes rest between sets. The whole workout shouldnt take you more than about 20 minutes. If done daily for a couple weeks, you'll notice some pretty good results.
