These last few days were a bit of a wreck, but dammit, this was my vacation.

    Day 37 - July 28th Tuesday
    ------------------------------
    tuna sammich
    tuna, apple, carrots
    whey, apple, carrots
    roast beef, mashed potatoes
    couple pcs of choclate
small bag of Lays (I was craving salt so much)

    Day 38 - July 29th Wednesday
    -----------------------------------
    tuna sammich
    footlong Subway melt
    ginger ale
    sushi
    18 alcoholic beverages

    Day 39 - July 30th Thursday
    ---------------------------------
    granola bar
    Burger King Steakhouse Combo
2 cokes and a large bag of bbq chips
    grape soda and corn
    coke and chicken
    orange soda and ice cream

Day 39 was a complete wasteful recovery day, but OH MY GOD did it feel good. Day 40 is going great so far!

Hahaha. Yeah, hangover grub is needed from time to time.

Made up for a bit of lost time, and the way I figure it, my body can't have absorbed EVERY last big of awful from that food. Back on clean stuff *noms an apple*

I think I might have died a little. I haven't had a cold this unbelievably bad in a couple years. My skin, every square inch, hurts. My bones hurt. My hair hurts. I'm coughing and hacking and my lymph nodes are swollen, and drinking tea hurts. As such, I've been eating less than normal, which I guess is good, but giving in to bad food, because I'm craving it so much.

    Day 41 - August 1st Saturday
    ------------------------------------
    onion and cheese toast
    corn soup
    tuna, onions, mayo
    2 organic beef burritos
    "Fuze" Energy drink. Pleh.
    small handful chocolate coffee beans

    Day 42 - August 2nd Sunday
    ------------------------------------
    tuna, onions, mayo
    burrito sandwiches
    chicken soup
    lots of water
    Uncle Burger combo

    Day 43 - August 3rd Monday
    ------------------------------------
    taco beef and cheese
rice, peas, taco beef (lots of leftover beef)
water and medicine by the truckload
Spicy Chicken & Caesar salad & milk
    1/2 a bag of Cheezies, 1/2 a 7-Up
large handful chocolate covered coffee beans

I didn't sleep Sunday night at all, and I had a 2.5 hour nap on Monday where I also didn't sleep. I was running on nothing but willpower by Monday night. Feeling 200% better today, which is still death warmed over. Pushups hurt way too much, will try later.

Remember, your mind is telling you you want junkfood as its comfortable. your body needs real food more now than normal.

I know, being back at the office means real food regularly again.

Yeah, my current powder is pretty clumpy... I've actually found it mixes better when put into a container you can shake than when put in the blender.

Good work at getting right back on track.

Bet you thought I forgot all about this, eh?

For a while I did. Feeling really rough, and not just from being sick. I know, bitching about depression on the internet is like walking into a bulemia clinic and yelling "I'm hungry!" but still, it's what's for dinner.

    Day 45 - August 5th Wednesday
    ----------------------------------------
    whey, apple, carrots
    whey
    beans, carrots, apple
    1 plate spaghetti
    1 small bowl ice cream
    2 small pc choclate

    Day 46 - August 6th Thursday
    ------------------------------------
    whey Fibre One
    beans & tomato sauce
    sardines, carrots, apple
lots of tasty roast, little bit of rice
    small pc chocolate
    milk

    Day 47 - August 7th Friday
    --------------------------------
    whey Fibre One
    Ruffles and an apple
    2 pcs pizza
    assorted small snacks

    Day 48 - August 8th Saturday
    ------------------------------------
    whey Fibre One
    1 large pc pizza
    1 small plt spaghetti
    chocolate covered coffee beans
    pesto
way way too much garlic bread
    whey & milk

    Day 49 - August 9th Sunday
    ----------------------------------
    eggs on toast
    pop & popcorn
    oat bar
    pop & spaghetti
    pop & ice cream
    Basically 100% food fail.

So far today, going good. Still sick, though. If this is a strep virus, it should be running it's course by tomorrow.

I am FINALLY.... STARTING... TO FEEL.... NOT... SICK...

Sweet Jeebus, this has been the most long-drawn out illness of this magnitude I've ever had. I've been a LITTLE sick for two weeks, and I've been a LOT sick for five days, but I've never been A LOT SICK FOR TWO WEEKS! I feel like I've been inside a cement mixer for the past month. Urghrofl.

    Day 50 - Monday August 10th
    -------------------------------------
    whey Fibre One
    tuna, apple, carrots
    whey, carrots
spaghetti, corn (ALL from farmer's market)
    tuna sandwich

I thought I was eating a bunch yesterday, but it really doesn't look like it! Woo!
