    Its so easy to slip. I've been flawless all week, eating what is more or less as perfect a diet as i have in my life. The food is wonderful, the portions appropriate, the nutrition optimal... But last night for dinner we did a fend for yourself night. I ended up with nachos. 800cal instead of my normal 600. not so bad really. then cj wanted to make a desert. so i went to buy cream, and while at the store i opted for a pleasures bar as i NEVER see them anywhere and they rock (Basicaly jubes wraped in a white glucose shell). Which by itself isnt bad, only 160cal. unfortunatly i also got a sausage roll, which i estimate was about 300cal. Then we watched the 3rd harry potter movie and i went to buy her a diet coke from the store downstairs (not the store i went to for cream), and couldnt resist the jumbo slush (1.25L of sugar water!!!). That had to be somewhere around 600cal... so all told there was an overeat of 1200-1300cal... Thats like a feast day for a porn star.

    Ahh well. Todays a new day.

    Last night was as close as I came to slipping (I guess excluding seconds of Macaroni): 3 slices of garlic bread with dinner (garden pesto). Probably not that bad, but... I didn't NEED garlic bread AFTER a plate of noodles.
